They’re just thorns without the rose…

Two people from my high school graduating class - Tim and Kim Drew - married several years back. From all accounts they loved each other, but they walked a rocky road together. They had a couple of kids, and struggled through life like the rest of us.

Several months ago, they separated. Yesterday, they were both found dead in the home they had shared. The police are saying it was a murder-suicide.

Anyway, if I’m somewhat subdued today, this is why. It’s tough for me to get my head around something like this, even though I haven’t been particularly close to either Kim or Tim since high school.
