So...
It’s no big secret that I like to write, even though I’m not very good at it. Putting words down on paper or pixels serves as a release on my bad days, and also helps me commit the better days to memory. It’s a win-win, as far as I can tell - well, except for the poor saps that have to scroll past my amateur-hour attempts at being creative.
Anyway, I guess I’m saying I...

Just gotta decide if I want to go whole-hog and work a street corner for a 5D MK II, or just escort little old ladies to Christmas parties and make do with a Rebel T3 and a kit lens.

Cool stuff
“Beyond the fancy letters that could go at the end of his name, this Walt Whitman fanatic is as humble as Tim Tebow, and fiercely loyal to his hometown. Both Jake and his wife are Pittsburgh natives, they live in the Greenfield neighborhood where is mother and his wife’s father both were raised. “We love it here,” Jake proclaims. I’ll get back to EHR, ethnography, and culture next week. This feels a little more important.
Last night I watched an episode of Chopped that made me cry. Four lunch ladies - who should rightly be called School Chefs - competed against one another. I wasn’t the only one who cried, either….
This is my friend Leah. I really like her a lot.
I'm pretty much pro-nakedness anytime.
At-Risk Protestors Must Meet Police Halfway
thecallus:
If you have heart issues, don’t ride roller coasters. If you have asthma, don’t hang around when police warn you (and they do warn you) that police are about to disperse a crowd with cans of pepper spray. I think the non-asthmatic can hold the vanguard. Pepper spray is not used by surprise. No one is being ambushed.
So, the First Amendment only applies to the healthy? That’s...

Told or Known: Atheism is faith. →
whileyouweresleeping:
So let’s think about it dispassionately: what is atheism? Some define it as the absence of faith. I’ve certainly experienced it as a void, an empty spot where my spirituality would’ve been. However, if we stick to strict scientific reasoning, if we remain intellectually…
And I seriously doubt you’ll find a single atheist who is interested in disproving the...
Blaming the Victim. Literally.
Former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky’s first victim has been forced to leave high school during his senior year by classmates who are blaming him for Joe Paterno’s firing.
