It’s inexcusable for Tumblr to knowingly promote posts that are basically a theft in progress.
I don’t often make money on my photos - everything I post online is creative commons, nobody has to ask my permission or pay me to reuse, modify or repost any photograph posted on any one of my websites - all that the user is required to do is to credit me and link back to my site....

And just to cover my backside...
My gripes with FIFA predate the US loss to Ghana this past weekend. As a matter of opinion, I’m pretty certain the US team bowed out of the World Cup almost exactly where they should have. The Yanks are good, but they obviously still have a way to go before they are ready to challenge teams like Brazil or Germany with any kind of regularity.

I still say FIFA is corrupt, and I’d offer this as my first piece of evidence. Given a chance to correct an obvious failing and move the game toward transparency, officials instead opt to increase doubt, confusion and chaos.

I’m pretty envious, reading about what your life was like when you guys were teenagers. When I was 15, I wasn’t self-aware enough to pay attention to what was going on around me. Everything was school, music, feeling sorry for myself and wondering if I’d ever really kiss a girl. Looking back, a large part of me can’t help but feel like I cheated myself out of something.
